We guarantee that you will get the lowest prices and the most flexible cancellation terms.
We always have the best prices, if you find a lower rate somewhere else, we will match it.
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charges and you don't have to pay anything on booking.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours or your scheduled arrival, to self-isolate, you can use your payment for a future reservation.
In the event of a lockdown we will refund your payment in full.

Parking: We have our own car park which is free for all of our guests. Our large car park is behind the pub accessed via the road in-between the pub and the function room.
Accessibility: Our bedrooms are located just next door in a 3 storey property. Rooms are spread across 3 floors and there are a number of steps to access most rooms. If you have mobility issues please give us a call and we can book you into a suitable room.
Extra Beds: Some rooms are large enough to accommodate extra beds or cots and one room has a sofa bed. Please call us if you would like to book a room with an extra bed. Extra charges may apply.
Pets: We welcome well behaved dog into a select few of our rooms at an additional charge of £10 per night, per dog. If you are looking at bringing your dog with you please give us a call as restrictions may apply.
Check in/out: Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am on the day of your departure.
T&Cs: A credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the room. No deposit will be taken and cancellation is free until 48 hours prior to arrival.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
