Unplanned trip with grandchildren

It was Pie and Pint night at the Rosie such good value at £15 I had a delicious Mushroom Bourguignon and glass of wine. My grandchildren also enjoyed their meals from the childrens’ menu. This visit was unplanned but enjoyed immensely thank you to all the staff.

Amazing pie and pint!

Me and my partner use the Rose and crown often for our date night. The burger and pint night was amazing so we thought we would try the pie and pint night. Which once again was amazing. Definitely worth the money. The posh potato was awesome could’ve eaten many of them! The service as always was spot on Jaqui was very polite, attentive and just lovely.

What a beautiful country pub! The roast dinner was absolutely majestic. The gravy was rich, thick, and packed with flavour and the roast potatoes were pure perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place, from the lovely atmosphere to the brilliant service. Thank you so much to the team at the Rose and Crown for such an epic experience!

My new local for Sunday lunch!

it’s the first time in 3 years that I have found a location where the setting, food and prices matched- it felt worth paying for. I thoroughly enjoyed their roast beef brisket followed by mini desert and coffee. I will definitely be back again and will recommend the rose and crown to friends and family!

Great breakfast

We popped in for breakfast and had an amazing breakfast. Pancakes with streaky bacon and an avocado and egg croissant. Very welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
